Paris to Corsica: A Golf Journey Through the French Terroir
A journey conceived as a dialogue between storied greens and preserved terroirs. From an intimate Paris to the Mediterranean island of Corsica, we take you away from the tourist trail — to artisans, producers, and the places where the true heartbeat of each region still lives.
Seven days. Four legendary courses. Encounters made possible only through thirty years of carefully cultivated relationships.

A Living Journey
Our program changes with the seasons. The autumn harvest, the first fruits of spring, the light of summer — each period reveals its own character. We craft our itineraries in harmony with the natural rhythms of the terroir and the schedules of our artisans.
As a guide, we offer a glimpse of what a week-long journey might look like. That said, this is merely a taste. The most beautiful surprises are not found on paper — they are discovered along the way.

Paris
Living Paris at a Parisian’s Pace
Paris is not a city to be visited — it is a city to be lived. Even in just a few hours, we invert the logic of tourism entirely.
Not the crowded landmarks, but the true pulse of the capital. Opening a bottle with a passionate wine merchant, spreading charcuterie and cheese across the counter while conversation flows naturally. Moving from a gastronomic institution to the neighbourhood bistro where regulars are greeted by name. Strolling streets where yesterday’s Paris and today’s are in quiet dialogue.
Insider knowledge. The addresses Parisians guard carefully. Time that runs counter to the noise of tourism — meditative, unhurried, attuned to the city’s own rhythm.
Near the capital lie three legendary courses steeped in history: Fontainebleau, set within a royal forest; La Boulie, the birthplace of Parisian golf; and Le National, opening soon. Historical heritage, technical challenge, and preserved natural beauty — in one place.

Corsica
The Terroir of Our Roots
Parisian at heart — but our roots are in Corsica. This intimate knowledge opens doors that no conventional itinerary can reach.
Corsica does not compromise. This Mediterranean mountain island has cultivated a proud identity, sheltered from trend and industrial tourism. Dramatic terrain plunges into a sea of impossible blue. The maquis — cistus, immortelle, myrtle — perfumes every discovery with an intoxicating, ever-present fragrance.
Sperone, the only course we propose on the island, is worth the journey alone. Among the most beautiful in Europe, this Robert Trent Jones Sr. masterwork unfolds between cliff and azure. The signature 16th — an approach over the Mediterranean, the green floating on the horizon — is etched into the memory of every golfer who plays it. Despite its international renown, we are the only operator incorporating this course into programmes for Japanese clients.
Corsica’s terroir marries mountain and coast. Sheep’s milk cheese aged in caves, charcuterie dried in maquis air, wines from indigenous varieties, fish caught that very morning. Each micro-region carries a distinct identity shaped by centuries of tradition and an absolute refusal of commercial compromise.
An Encounter with Wine: Among the Vines
From a Parisian Counter to the Hills of Corsica
Wine is the thread that runs through our entire journey — always experienced not as a tasting, but as a human encounter.
In Paris, we favour passionate wine merchants who open treasured bottles and share the story behind every domaine. An informal tasting across a counter is pure Parisian life, distilled.
In Corsica, a stay at Saparele offers total immersion in the island’s vineyards: tastings in the vines with the winemaker, discovery of indigenous varieties — Vermentinu, Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu — and an understanding of the granite terroir that gives Corsican wines their singular mineral character.
These moments fuse sensory pleasure with the transmission of craft. Producers share their philosophy, explain their choices, and open private cellars. It is the terroir itself, expressed through the hands of those who tend it.

Coming Soon: The Basque Country
Where the Ocean Meets the Mountains
The Basque Country is among our next destinations — a land close to our hearts, and still sufficiently off the beaten path to captivate even the most widely travelled guest.
Straddling France and Spain, this region has forged a unique identity where the Atlantic meets the Pyrenees: an ancient language still very much alive, enduring traditions, internationally acclaimed gastronomy, and spectacular golf courses set between sea and mountain.
As with Corsica, our approach will prioritise authenticity: passionate producers, artisans carrying centuries of craft, shepherds working by traditional methods, secret tables, and behind-the-scenes access to a land that takes fierce pride in its heritage.
This destination will be developed with the same rigour and depth of local knowledge that defines our Paris–Corsica programme. Full details and dates coming soon.

Between Rounds: A La Carte Experiences
Beyond golf and gastronomy, we arrange singular experiences tailored to each guest’s desires.
Private sailing. A private yacht along the spectacular Corsican coastline, lunch on board, anchorage in coves accessible only from the sea, swimming in crystalline water.
Encounters with local craft. Secret workshop visits — bladesmith, distiller, instrument maker. Meetings with shepherds carrying forward a tradition of pastoral life. Producers who open both their cellars and their kitchens.
Our concierge approach allows every detail to be adjusted to specific tastes and wishes. A particular winemaker you’d like to meet? A workshop not on the standard programme? A different rhythm to the day? We draw on thirty years of relationships to create precisely the experience you are looking for.
