Two years living in Japan, combined with longstanding personal ties to Japanese culture, ensure authentic cultural fluency and a sensitivity to the nuances that make all the difference.

With nearly thirty years as a tour operator specialising in highly confidential, bespoke experiences, we have cultivated an exceptional network of local connections. Currently based in Japan for two years, our dual French-Japanese perspective allows us to craft programmes that are calibrated to perfection.
Rooted in the Territory
Parisian by upbringing, Corsican by roots — this gives us privileged access to preserved places, discreet artisans, and passionate producers. An intimate knowledge of the land opens doors that no amount of money alone can unlock, only history and trust.

Jean-Bernard Mozziconacci

Over thirty years with the Panasonic Group — including two and a half years based in Tokyo and Osaka — Jean-Bernard built deep expertise in commercial management, international negotiation, and operational leadership.
A passionate golfer for over twenty years and a man with a profound attachment to Corsica and its terroir, Jean-Bernard channels his experience and network directly into Gurume Greens’ business development, while also overseeing the company’s financial and logistical architecture.
His personal experience of living in Japan and his intimate understanding of Japanese standards of excellence underpin our uncompromising operational approach.

Thirty years in the luxury travel industry, built at leading bespoke travel companies, have shaped Carine’s rare expertise. Based in Japan for the past two years, she serves as the essential bridge between our French partners and our Japanese clientele.
Her deep knowledge of Japanese cultural expectations, consumer behaviour, and the travel industry network allows her to create refined, authentic experiences that genuinely resonate with Japanese travellers.
Carine leads Gurume Greens’ tour design and production, client relations, and communication and marketing strategy.
